Download and Install your Norton Products from Lenovo.com

If your subscription allows multiple installations, you can install your protection on additional PC, Mac, or mobile devices by following the steps below:

Installing from Lenovo.com

If you’ve purchased your Norton subscription from Lenovo, you can follow the steps below to install your Norton product.
  1. Visit my.norton.com and click on I have a Partner code.
  2. In Enter the Partner Code text box, type Lenovo and click >.



  3. On the next screen, when you see the Lenovo logo, click Confirm.



  4. On the Lenovo sign in page, enter your Lenovo account credentials and click
    Next.



  5. After successful sign in, you can download your Norton 360 subscription from the My Norton portal. 

  6. Click on the Download button on the top to begin downloading the product.
  7. Click on Agree and Download. 
  8. Launch the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Installing from your existing Norton installation

  1. If you have already installed your Norton protection on one of your devices, you can extend your protection to additional devices by simply clicking + sign near Protect Another Device option from within your Norton dashboard. 
  2. On the next screen, you have options to send a download link via email or text message or copy the link to share later.
  3. Choose one of the three options and access the download link from the new device.
  4. Follow on screen instructions to complete the installation.
